Help a Student Out! Or maybe help so many more…. Time is growing shorter till we have reached that magical end of the year. That December 31st date! Time flies by, doesn’t it? This year, for me has been a blur. We are just about to get together with family and friends and sit down for Thanksgiving. Black Friday will kick off the holiday shopping season. The children will be ending up the first half of school and out for winter intersession. December holidays will consume a lot of our time and resources… Busy times. Did you know that 33% […]

Private School Enrollment Down Again

by admin August 22, 2011

I read an article this past weekend, that discussed the enrollment numbers in private schools are down.  The report says that the pre-K through 12th grade enrollment dropped 12.7% between 2001/2 and 2009/10. From time to time I get asked, “how do you provide funding for students?” Simple question with a simple answer – We get donations and then facilitate providing the funding to students. All of us at Az4Education really look at this as an opportunity for us to have an impact on a students future. In turn, our future. An investment in the future. I know, it sounds corny, but if one of those students turns out […]

by admin July 26, 2011

Private vs. Public school – which one do you think is better? Which one do you prefer? Which one did you attend? Now, think of the reasons that you prefer one over the other… The debate over the years centered on class sizes, faculty, budgets and administration. Private schools, like their public counterparts, come in a variety of sizes, strengths, weaknesses and overall experience. For those that are old enough, do you remember the show “Point, Counterpoint”? When I was working full-time at a Fortune 50 company, we used to have some very lively discussions on this very topic. The […]

Who are we?

by Brian July 2, 2011

AZ4Education is a School Tuition Organization (STO) developed under the guidelines provided in the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit Law of 1997. AZ4Education was created to provide educational scholarships to qualified students attending private K through 12 schools in the state of Arizona. Our goal is to enable every qualified student a choice for their educational career by making private school affordable. AZ4Education was founded by three local families who believe that a family’s choice for their children’s education should not be limited by financial constraints. While there are other STOs in Arizona, AZ4Education has established itself as a […]
